So it’s plant in Rogachev, where real Belorussian sguschenka is made.

- The taste of milk can vary not only in different regions, but even from cows that grazed on nearby meadows. Onions, garlic, sorrel, whether raw pasture - all affected. If the milk increased acidity there may have recently had a thunderstorm. (cows feel nerwous)

The sense of the preparation of condense milk didn’t change for 200 years (evaporation of water), but now it’s made in vacuum.

During the war, the plant was completely destroyed. In 1947, while recovering the plant workers dug up a few glass of sealed foil cups of pre-war production - coffee with condensed milk. Opened and tried. It turned out, the product in perfect condition.
